Memo Pad Printed in India

100 sheets is what one memo pad holds, printed on 80 GSM paper with a soft front cover and a hard backing board behind it. Four sizes are available. Upload your own cover design with your company logo, business name and contact details.

Why the backing board matters

It is the difference between a pad you can write on while standing and one you cannot. The hard board behind the sheets gives the pen something to press against, which is the whole point of a pad in a meeting room or at a reception desk.

Choosing between the four sizes

4 x 5.5 and 4 x 6 sit beside a telephone. 5.5 x 8 is the meeting-room size and takes a full page of notes. 8.5 x 11 is a letter-sized pad for training rooms and workshops where people write at length.

Five pads rather than one

The minimum order is five, and the steps above it are 10, 20, 30, 50 and 100. Ordering 20 or 50 puts one on every desk and in every meeting room, all carrying the same branding. The same artwork sits on our personalised letterhead.

Everyday care

Memo pads are not waterproof and should be kept away from water and excessive moisture. The sheets will not stick together in normal storage, and the print does not fade under normal indoor use away from direct sunlight.

What a reception desk usually needs

A pad, something to hand paperwork over in, and a bound document for anything longer. Our presentation folder covers the second, and it holds around 30 to 50 A4 sheets.

Ordering and longer documents
