2027 Desktop Calendar 7×5 Horizontal
7 inches wide and 5 inches high, the 2027 desktop calendar 7×5 horizontal is the middle of our three desk sizes. It is a landscape tabletop calendar with 12 monthly pages on a spiral binding, for family homes, offices and study tables. Upload a group photo for each month, or keep one favourite all year.
Room for the whole family in one row
Group photos are wide. Cousins at a wedding, grandparents with the grandchildren, a team on an office day out. A horizontal page lets them stand in a row without shrinking. At 7 x 5, the page is a sixth wider than the 6 x 4, so a row of faces has more room. Yet the calendar still sits on a desk without taking it over.
Board, print and binding
Every page is high-resolution and laser-printed on matte finish board. Matte keeps shine down under a tube light, so faces stay clear. There are 12 pages on 6 sheets, printed on both sides as standard. A spiral binding holds them together, and the calendar stands up on its own. The default design prints the year’s occasions, and a clean version without them is made on request.
Choosing between the desk sizes
| Size and shape | Choose it when |
|---|---|
| 6 x 4 horizontal | space is tight, such as under a monitor |
| 7 x 5 horizontal | your photos are groups and the desk is ordinary |
| 7 x 5 vertical | most photos show one person, taken upright |
| 9 x 6 horizontal | the dates must read from across a counter |
| 12 x 18 wall | the whole household should see it |
If the desk is narrow, the smaller 6 x 4 landscape calendar keeps the same wide shape in less space.
7 x 5 rather than 9 x 6 on a home desk
The 9 x 6 is our largest desk size, and its dates read from further away. On a reception counter, that matters. On a study table at home, it can crowd out books and a laptop. If you will read the calendar from your own chair, 7 x 5 is enough. If visitors read it from across a desk, choose the 9 x 6 horizontal desk calendar.
Picking twelve wide photos
Choose shots where people stand side by side, not one behind another. Send the uncropped original rather than a tight crop, so there is room to fit it to the page. A proof for approval is available on request, which lets you check all twelve months together. Spare photos from the same day work well as family photo fridge magnets.
