We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.


  1. Delivery within 4-7 business days for major cities*

Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 4-7 business days if it is being shipped to the following areas

– Tamil Nadu (Delivery within 96 hours in select locations)

– Metro cities

– State Capital

– Other major Towns/Cities

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

  1. Delivery up to 5-10 business days for remote places

In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our Photoland partners, normally places like villages or remote locations.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

* Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

* Orders with multiple products, large collage and wooden alphabets will take extra time for production, 2-3 days, shipping will be done after that. i.e. add 2-3 days with normal delivery time

International delivery:

International delivery is available on many products, and we request you to check with us through whatsapp or email or over phone before ordering. Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as where it’s going.

Incase of not receiving gifts:

We provide a tracking number on despatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery.  If any issues arise, please contact us, so that we can assist successful delivery for you.

Events beyond our Control:

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident and weather.
