2027 Desktop Calendar 7×5 Vertical

Matte finish board, laser-printed and spiral-bound, makes up our 2027 desktop calendar 7×5 vertical. It is a 7 x 5 inch portrait page that stands on a desk or a study table, with your own photo for every month. Upload twelve pictures, or one picture for the whole year.

One person on every page

A vertical page suits one subject. Think of a child on a birthday, a parent in the garden or a graduate in a gown. A portrait photo fills a portrait page without heavy cropping, so the person stays whole.

Pick it when each month belongs to someone. A group shot is wider, and it sits better on the 7 x 5 horizontal desk calendar.

The 7 x 5 portrait calendar, item by item

• Size 7 x 5 inches, vertical (portrait)
• Board matte finish board
• Printing high-resolution laser digital printing
• Pages 12 pages on 6 sheets
• Binding spiral, so it stands on the desk
• Photos a different one every month, or one throughout
• Dates occasions printed as standard, or left off on request

What a matte surface does on a desk

A desk usually sits under a lamp or beside a window. A glossy page throws that light straight back at you. A matte surface softens it, so the dates stay readable from your chair. The board is durable and won’t tear under normal use.

Printed on both sides

Each sheet carries a month on the front and another on the back. That is how twelve months fit on six sheets. Double-sided printing is the standard. If you want every photo to have a blank back, single-sided printing is possible at extra cost.

7 x 5 portrait against the other desk sizes

All the desk sizes share the same board, spiral and twelve pages. Only the footprint and the reading distance change. 6 x 4 is the smallest, for a crowded desk or a billing counter. 7 x 5 sits in the middle, large enough for a face to read well at arm’s length. 9 x 6 suits a reception counter, where people read the dates from a step away. You can order it as a 9 x 6 vertical desk calendar as well. For the same photos on a kitchen wall, the 12 x 18 wall calendar gives each month a full page.

Photos that print well on a small page

Upload the original file from your phone or camera, as a JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC or PDF. A copy saved out of a chat app has been compressed, and it prints softer than the original. A person checks every order. If a photo is too low-resolution to print well, we contact you first.

Questions about the 7 x 5 vertical desk calendar

Can I order it without the printed occasions?

Yes. The standard design includes occasions, and we make a version without them on request.

Can I use one photo for all twelve months?

Yes. Upload a different photo for each month, or repeat one favourite throughout.

Where do I add a name or a message?

Type it in the Information field at checkout. Names, dates and logos go there too, and extra customisation may be charged.

Is there a version without spiral binding?

Yes. The 6 x 4 photo easel calendar stands on a wooden stand instead.

Will the photos fade?

With proper care they stay vibrant for a long time. Keep the calendar away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
