Wood Certificate Frame Custom Photo Gift

A wood certificate frame answers a problem every award eventually runs into. The certificate itself is paper, and paper does not survive being kept.

What happens to a printed certificate

It goes into a folder, a drawer or a plastic sleeve. It yellows, creases at the corners, and stops being something anyone displays.

What engraving changes

The same document is cut into wood instead. There is no ink and no paper, so there is nothing to yellow or tear. See our wooden certificate plaque range for other formats.

The material

16 mm natural wood with a smooth finished surface, engraved with a high-precision laser for a fade-resistant result.

Wooden certificate specification

• 16 mm natural wood
• Laser engraved, not printed
• Sizes 8×6, 10×8 and 12×8 inches
• Tabletop stand included
• Logo, name, title and date engraved

What can be reproduced

The certificate artwork, the recipient’s name, an organisation logo, the award title, the date and signatures. The layout is rebuilt to suit the wood.

Who orders them

Companies, schools, colleges and sports bodies, usually for a ceremony. Bulk orders are accepted, and the design stays consistent across a set. Other options sit in our custom wooden certificates range.

Keeping the original

The paper certificate stays with you. This is a display copy rather than a replacement, so the official document is unaffected.

Where it ends up

A desk, an office wall or a reception counter. A tabletop stand comes as standard, and a wall-mount option is available if you ask when ordering. We share a preview for approval first, so the file you sign off is the file that prints.

Frequently asked questions about wooden certificates

What sizes are available?

8×6, 10×8 and 12×8 inches. Choose the size by where it will be displayed, since a desk and an office wall need different things.

Can my company logo be included?

Yes. A logo, the recipient’s name, the award title, the date and other details can all be engraved.

Can I clean it with water?

No. Use a soft, dry cotton or microfibre cloth to remove dust. Water will damage the finish on the wood.

Do you take bulk orders?

Yes, for schools, companies and award ceremonies, with the design kept consistent across the set. See our wood certificate frame range.
