A wooden certificate plaque is not a photograph of your certificate transferred onto wood. The layout is rebuilt, and knowing that changes what you should send us.

Why a copy of the paper will not do

A certificate is designed for print, with fine borders and small type. Reproduced at plaque size on a textured natural material, much of that detail would disappear.

What we do instead

The content is laid out again for the wood. Type is set at a size that engraves cleanly, and the borders are simplified rather than copied. Other formats sit in our wood certificate plaque range.

Approve before we cut

A design preview is shared first. Read every name and date on it, because engraving removes material and cannot be undone.

Will it look exactly like my paper certificate?

Close, but adapted. The layout is rebuilt so the text and logo engrave cleanly, since fine print detail does not transfer well to wood.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes. Your own artwork can be used, and help is available if you need a design created instead.

Do I see a proof first?

Yes. A digital design preview is shared for approval before production starts.
