Will fine script engrave clearly?

On a short name set large, yes. On a long name it has to shrink, and thin strokes are the first thing to suffer.

Can two scripts be engraved together?

Yes, though a custom size is usually needed so neither has to be compressed.

Do I see the lettering first?

Yes. Send the original logo file, since engraving reproduces it in a single tone against the natural grain of the wood.
