2027 Bulk Desktop Calendar 6×4 Horizontal

One calendar on every client’s desk, with your logo on it for twelve months. That is the job of the 2027 bulk desktop calendar 6×4 horizontal: our 6 x 4 inch landscape desk calendar, spiral-bound and ordered in quantity. Add your company logo and name, then use your own photos or one of our ready-made designs.

A New Year gift that stays in use

A diary tends to go into a drawer. A desk calendar gets checked every working day, so your name sits in front of the client all year. Companies order these as New Year gifts, for employee appreciation and for corporate gifting. For a gift with no spiral binding, the bulk easel calendar stands on a wooden easel instead.

Getting the artwork right first time

Design changes are accepted within one hour of ordering. So agree the logo and the wording inside the company before you place the order. Send the logo at the highest resolution you have. A logo copied from a website or an email signature is usually too small to print sharply.

The calendar, in brief

• Size 6 x 4 inches, horizontal
• Layout landscape, the low shape that suits a crowded desk
• Pages 12 months on 6 sheets, printed on both sides
• Finish matte board, laser-printed in high-resolution colour
• Binding spiral, and it stands without support
• Branding company logo, company name and a short message

What moves the quote

Bulk desk calendars are quoted per job, not from a price list, and four things change the figure. The quantity comes first, and a custom design costs more than one of our templates. Single-sided printing is an extra, because double-sided is the standard. Highlighting your own dates, such as a company anniversary, is charged as well.

6 x 4 against the larger desk sizes

6 x 4 fits every desk, including a shared workstation. 7 x 5 gives the photo or the logo more room on a manager’s desk. 9 x 6 suits a reception counter, where visitors see it as well. A 12 x 18 wall calendar is the better choice for a shop floor or a staff room. The 7 x 5 bulk desk calendar is the next step up.
