Photo Coffee Mug Personalised Gift

Photo coffee mug is almost always ordered in white, and there is a straightforward reason for it. White is the only mug colour that lets a photograph look like the photograph you sent.

White against a coloured mug

Sublimation printing lays colour onto the surface without a white base underneath it. On white ceramic the picture is true. On a coloured mug the mug colour shows through and shifts everything.

Photo mug specification

• Material high-quality ceramic
• Printing sublimation printing with a fade-resistant finish
• Colour white ceramic
• Handle standard handle
• Care soft sponge and mild detergent, nothing abrasive
• Also searched as birthday photo mug or custom printed mug

It keeps them recognisable. Faces are the least forgiving subject on a mug, and any tint under the print shows first in somebody’s complexion.

Looking after the print

A soft sponge and mild detergent. Abrasive scrubbers and steel wool are what wear a mug print down, far more than ordinary daily use does.

Adding a name or a message

Text can be printed alongside the photograph. Keep it short, since a mug shows only about a third of its surface at any one time.

How it arrives

Made to order and packed carefully for transit. A damaged mug is replaced on an unboxing video taken as the parcel is opened.
