Under normal indoor conditions, no. We print with professional equipment built for long-lasting colour. What does shorten a print’s life is prolonged direct sunlight, so avoid hanging it in a spot that gets hours of it.

How should I clean it?

Use a soft, dry microfibre or cotton cloth. Avoid water, household sprays and abrasive cleaners, all of which can mark the finish or work into the edge of the print. A warmer alternative is the classic photo frame.

What size photo should I upload?

Upload the highest-resolution original photo you have. A file straight from a phone gallery is usually fine for smaller frames, but larger sizes need a bigger original to stay sharp.
