2027 Bulk Desktop Calendar 7×5 Horizontal

The 2027 bulk desktop calendar 7×5 horizontal is our middle-size landscape desk calendar, ordered in quantity for clients, dealers and customers. Each one has 12 monthly pages on a spiral binding. Upload your company logo and a product photo, or a different photo for every month.

A year on the client’s counter

A calendar handed over in January can stay on a dealer’s desk until December. That is twelve months of your name in front of the people who buy from you. The 7 x 5 landscape page is wide enough for a product shot, a shopfront or a team photo. Use one image all year, or change it every month to show a different product line. It suits reception counters as well as desks.

Three desk sizes for a client list

6 x 4 suits a long list of small desks and shop counters. 7 x 5 is the balance, with room for a product photo that does not crowd a counter. 9 x 6 suits managers’ desks and reception, where the dates must read from a distance. If your images are tall, such as a bottle or a standing figure, the 7 x 5 vertical bulk calendar fits them better.

What goes into each calendar

• Size 7 x 5 inches, horizontal, in landscape
• Pages 12 months on 6 sheets, double-sided as standard
• Board matte finish board, high-resolution and laser-printed
• Binding spiral, so it stands on a desk
• Branding company logo, company name and a message
• Photos one image throughout, or a new one each month

What decides the quote

Bulk desk calendars are quoted per job, not from a price list. Four things move the figure. The first is the quantity. Then a fully custom design instead of a ready-made template, single-sided printing in place of double-sided, and any dates you want highlighted all add to it. Check the logo file before you order, because design changes are only accepted within one hour. Enquiries are also taken on WhatsApp at 9339400600.

Desk calendar against wall poster for clients

A wall calendar at 12 x 18 inches, or a poster calendar, hangs on one wall, often in a back office. A desk calendar sits where the client works, at arm’s length, every day. For dealers and customers, the desk is the better spot. For your own staff room or a shared office, a bulk office poster calendar covers the year on one sheet.

Bulk desk calendar questions

Can every calendar carry our logo?

Yes. Logos, names, messages and dates go in the Information field when you order.

Can we use our own product photos?

Yes. Upload a different photo for each month, or one photo for the whole year.

Is there an option without our own photos?

Yes. The kraft Indian Famous Places desk calendar uses a ready-made design and takes your logo only.

Can the occasions be left off?

Yes. The default design includes occasions, and a version without them is made on request.

How long does a bulk order take?

Processing is usually 1–2 business days, but a large quantity can take longer. Delivery then depends on location.
