Can you change the background of my photos?

Background changes can be done on request. Mention it when ordering and our team will confirm what is achievable with the images you send.

What image files can I upload?

JPEG and PNG files work best. Send the originals rather than copies shared through messaging apps, which are compressed and print softer.

How do I clean the frames?
