What only this size can do

Send a document flat. Certificates, legal papers, signed contracts and photographs all lose something when folded, and a crease across a signature or a certificate is permanent. That is the entire argument for the largest envelope.

Plain or printed

Plain envelopes cost less and are fine for internal use. A printed envelope carries the brand before the document is even opened, which matters most on the things people keep: certificates, offer letters and invitations. The everyday size is our 9 x 6 inch envelope cover.

Where the branding goes

Logo and business name top left, return address beneath it, and the whole right-hand side of the face left clear for the recipient’s address and any postage. A design that fills the face leaves the postal service nowhere to write.

The smaller sizes
