A2 Poster Custom Printing
Most posters that need to be seen across a room rather than along a corridor end up at A2, which is 420×594 mm. Upload your own artwork, choose the art paper weight and the orientation, and it is printed with eco solvent inks for indoor display.
The point where a poster needs its own wall
A2 is roughly the size of an open newspaper. Put one next to a noticeboard covered in A4 sheets and it stops being one notice among many. That is the whole reason to step up from A3, and it only works if the space around it stays clear.

Paper weight matters more as the sheet grows
A large sheet of thin paper buckles when it is taped up, and the buckle catches the light and ruins the image. At A2 we would not go below 170 GSM art paper, and 250 GSM is worth the difference if the poster is going up unframed. The standard shop size below it is our A3 poster.
Lamination on a large sheet
Optional glossy or matte lamination adds stiffness as well as protection, which is often the real reason to choose it at this size. Matte is the safer pick under shop lighting, because a glossy A2 sheet reflects a whole ceiling fitting. Your uploaded artwork is deleted from our system once the order is dispatched. The exhibition size is our A0 poster.
When to step up to A1
A1 is double again and is genuinely a different job: an exhibition stand, a foyer, a stage backdrop. A2 still works on an ordinary wall among other things. See our A1 poster listing.
