DL Flyer Printed to Order
A DL flyer is 99×210 mm, which is an A4 sheet folded into three, and it is the size built to fit a standard business envelope. Full colour on 130 GSM art paper, front only or front and back. Upload your own artwork, from ten copies upwards.
Why the DL shape exists
It is the only flyer size defined by something other than paper. DL is an envelope measurement, so a DL flyer posts without folding, sits in a counter display without tipping over, and fits a shirt pocket. Every other size is a compromise on at least one of those.

Designing tall and narrow
A DL is a column, not a page. Stack the content: name, offer, detail, contact. Multi-column layouts do not work at 99 mm wide, and a landscape DL is unusual enough that most display stands will not hold one. Posting them
A DL flyer with glossy or matte lamination weighs more, which can change the postage band on a large mailing. If you are posting several thousand, check the weight before committing to a laminated finish. If any arrive damaged, record an unboxing video as you open the parcel, because that is what we need to arrange a replacement. A folded mailer is our z-folded brochure.
DL against A5
A5 is easier to read and easier to hand out. DL posts and displays considerably better. If the flyer is going into an envelope, the decision is already made. Our A5 flyers cover the hand-out job instead.
