130 GSM or 170 GSM is the paper choice for a z fold leaflet, and the weight matters more here than on any other fold. The sheet creases in two directions and opens flat as a strip. Personalise every panel with your own text, images, offers and contact details.

Reading a strip, not pages

Opened out, a z fold gives one continuous surface across three panels. A price list, a set of steps, a timeline or a floor plan can run straight across it. Nothing is hidden behind a tucked panel, so the reader sees the whole shape at once.

Why the heavier sheet usually wins here

Two creases folded in opposite directions put more strain on paper than two folded the same way. On 130 GSM a z fold will still work, but the panels sit less flat after handling. For anything posted, we would print 170 GSM. The bi fold leaflet is more forgiving.

A z fold instead of a tri fold

Content with an order suits the strip. Content in separate blocks suits the tuck. Our tri fold leaflet is the tucked version of the same six panels on the same two papers.

Your files after the order

Uploaded artwork is deleted from our system once your order is dispatched, and we never put customer designs on our website or social pages without permission. Printing takes two to three business days.

When paper this light is not enough

A leaflet is made to be handed over and read once. For something built to be kept, filed or displayed, the custom brochure prints on art paper up to 250 GSM and can be folded to a size you set yourself.
