What do you do when none of the three standard sizes fits? A custom brochure lets you set the finished dimensions, the fold and the paper yourself. Send your own print-ready design, or give us the measurements and our design team can work to them.
What usually forces a custom size
A display stand with a fixed opening. A presentation folder pocket the piece has to slide into. A mailer you have already bought. The container is fixed first and the brochure has to fit it. Measure it before you rule out the bi fold brochure.

Getting the artwork right
A non-standard size means no template to fall back on, so the fold positions have to be marked in your file. Tell us where each crease falls and we will confirm what is workable first. If that sounds fiddly, our design team can set the layout up for an additional charge.
Quantity and pricing
Price moves with size, fold, paper, quantity and lamination together, so a custom job is quoted rather than listed. Contact us on 93394 00600 for special pricing on larger runs for schools, hospitals, retail chains, real estate companies and exhibitions.
Start from a standard size instead
Many custom enquiries end up back at a standard size once the container has been measured properly. It is worth holding a tri fold brochure against the space before you commit to bespoke dimensions.
Multi-fold and longer formats
Beyond three panels a side, folding gets less predictable and the sheet needs to be heavier. Multi-fold is available here rather than as a listed product. The z fold brochure is the longest fold we stock as a standard listing.
