Two folds are what make a tri fold brochure. They give you six panels: a front, a back, an inside spread, and a flap that shows first when the reader opens it. Upload your own artwork with your logo, product details, brand colours, a QR code and contact information.
Why this is the rack standard
A folded DL tri fold sits neatly in a display stand and shows only its front panel, which is why hotels, clinics and travel desks use it. The reader gets a cover, then a flap, then the full inside spread. That sequence is the whole reason the format survives.

Paper and how it folds
Standard paper is 100 GSM. Art paper comes in 130, 170 and 250 GSM. Two folds put more stress on the sheet than one, so a heavier art paper keeps the panels flat and stops the brochure curling in a rack.
Six panels against four
If your content splits into three clear blocks, the tri fold wins. If it splits into two, the bi fold brochure reads better and is quicker to lay out. Padding a tri fold to fill six panels is obvious to anyone holding it.
Seeing it before the run
A digital proof is shared on request and printing begins only after you confirm it. Fold lines are where mistakes hide, so check that no headline sits across a crease. Processing then takes two to three business days.
Lamination options
