Folder Style Wedding Invitation

Send us the wording, the dates and the venue for each function, and a folder style wedding invitation can carry the whole programme in one piece. Sizes are 6.25 x 4, 9 x 6 and 11.7 x 8.7 inches. Add photographs, a monogram, a QR code and your own fonts.

Fitting several functions on one card

Mehendi, sangeet, the ceremony and the reception can each have a line with its own time and venue. Set them in the order they happen. Guests attending only one function need to find their event quickly, and a schedule laid out by date does that. Where there is only one event to announce, the single wedding card is simpler.

Choosing the paper at the same time

Six stocks are offered: 250 GSM glossy, 250 GSM matte, 300 GSM ivory, and 280 GSM in linen texture, needle point texture or metallic texture. Glossy is the smoothest ground for a photograph. Ivory is the heaviest and the most traditional. All six print in high-resolution full colour.

The envelope decision

Three options: no cover, a plain envelope or a printed one. The envelope size follows the card size you pick, so this is decided once rather than twice. Extra envelopes can be added to the order if some get spoiled during writing.

Adding a map and an RSVP

A QR code linking to a Google Maps location saves a paragraph of directions and works better than written landmarks for guests travelling in. RSVP details, a wedding hashtag or a social handle can sit on the back. A separate reception invitation suits a longer evening list.

If the cards arrive damaged

Record an unboxing video while you open the parcel and call 9339400600. Invitation cards travel in bulk and a knock to the outer box can affect the top few, so that footage is what lets us replace them quickly.

Sending word before the cards are ready

Printing takes two to three business days once the artwork is settled. Settling the artwork usually takes rather longer. A save the date card goes out months earlier and holds the date for guests travelling from elsewhere.
