Making a reorder simple

Keep the approved file. A reorder from an existing design is a print job. A reorder that has to be rebuilt from scratch is a design job with a deadline attached.

Envelopes on a reorder

Order envelope covers with the reprint. They are spoiled while addressing more often than cards are, and a short envelope run is awkward to fill. You can send the photograph and the details over WhatsApp instead of uploading them.
