Presentation Folder Printed to Order
A presentation folder is a printed paperboard folder that holds your documents for a meeting. Ours measures 9 x 11.75 inches closed and has two inner panels, a right-side document pocket and a half-inch business card slot. Upload your own artwork with your logo and brand colours.

How much the pocket really takes
Thirty to fifty A4 sheets is the working range. A proposal, a price list and a few brochures fit comfortably. A full printed report will not, and is better bound: see our hard cover booklets. The pocket is die-cut and securely attached.
Matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination
Matt lamination reads as understated. Gloss lamination lifts photographs and brand colours. Soft-touch lamination has a slight texture under the fingers and is the one people notice when they pick the folder up. All three are available.
Printing the inside as well
The inner panels are usually left blank, which wastes the best-read surface in the folder. A capability list, a team page or a map opposite the pocket gets looked at while the documents are being taken out. Our personalised letterhead is A4, so it sits in the pocket.
Handling and storage
Presentation folders are paperboard and are not waterproof, so they should be kept away from water and excessive moisture. Under normal storage the print stays clear. Handle them carefully at the fold, which is where a loaded folder takes the strain.
Ten folders against a hundred
The minimum order is 10, then 20, 30, 50, 100, 300, 500, 1000 and 2000. Ten covers a single pitch. Order in the hundreds if the folders are being left with clients, because a folder handed over is not coming back.
Proofing and lead time
A digital proof is shared for your approval, and nothing is printed until you confirm it. Presentation folders take three to six business days, which is longer than our flat printed items because of the die-cutting and gluing.
What tends to be ordered with it
A folder is rarely bought on its own, because it is the container for a set of printed material rather than the material itself. A branded memo pad is the usual companion on a meeting-room table.
